S7 and Facebook issues and email

Have had the new S7 for 3 days and Facebook is having issues. I am not able to search or go to notifications and click on them and go to the post. I uninstall it and reinstall and it works for an hour and then reverts back for not working! What the heck!
Also, why when I am replying to an email from my emails set up does the keyboard no longer show up? I have to click in the body area of the email to have the keyboard pop up..........

No problems with Twitter. I only know of a few others with the s7 and they have the edge or champagne one and there are no problems for them with Facebook.
I did go to the local store and one of the worker said if I click the button to the left of the home one that brings up all the open apps and close Facebook than when I open it again it will work...and it does...so I don't have to uninstall and reinstall each time..now I just need to close it and reopen it...which is still annoying.

sooofrustrated, with a brand new phone, we don’t want you to be experiencing issues. Thanks for advising me on what steps you’ve already taken. We don't want to repeat anything that's already been done. Do you have issues with notifications with any other app or just Facebook? Do you experience the same issues if you try logging into Facebook through your phone’s internet browser?
For the issue you’re having with your keyboard popping up, is this only with the native email app? Do you have problems with the keyboarding popping up within other applications like browsing the web or text messaging?

Hello,
Nothing changed. The email is the main one on the phone, not a new or downloaded app. The day I got the phone and it was activated at the store we added the multiple email accounts I have.
Then we addeded the twitter app and the Facebook app and then the next day when I woke up I notice the issues with Facebook. Example- today I had to uninstall and then reinstall Facebook 4 times. Each time it works without issues for about an hour and then issues again (click on notification that takes you no where, click search but it doesn't take you anywhere or bring up key board time type what you are searching for, stories that have continue reading I can't click to get the rest of the story).

I'm glad to hear that you received assistance at the store. We actually recommend that you close out any apps you're not using. (This can also help you conserve data). Is there a particular reason you prefer to keep it open?

the same thing is happening to me on facebook, i go to click on search or on a notification and it wont open, i have to close and reopen then it works, but it eventually does it again and again
