Anybody experience horizontal lines across the display screen no matter what the brightness is?
this is becoming an unfortunate issue with about 40 such devices about a month after owning device.many attempted endless testing troubles, but no solution. simply put. RMA TO SAMSUNG, or use protection plan if you have it. that way, instead of weeks of anguish using it, its better to let it go. sooner than later, to get it back from samsung with a working display. i don't know when you got it, or where, but having other devices relative to same issue, been thru warranty fixes.this may not be good news, its a start/btw................i have the edge,matter of time same will occur to me.
I'm sorry to hear your having issues with your Edge device. I would be super frustrated with lines on my screen. Let's look into this together. Does this happen when using a particular application? Any damage to the device? When did this start?

I'm having the same issue. I've had the phone 7 edge for about 2 weeks and I noticed it after the 2nd system update. The lines are approx 1/2 inch wide, grey and white alternating, and horizontal.
