S7 edge won't send pictures via text

When i try to send a picture via text to any contact I get an error message saying "invalid destination address". Regular texts send fine to same contacts.

I also have an S7 that is doing the same thing.

Any thoughts ?

A picture says a thousand words! Let's keep your messages efficient by getting your pictures up and running again. When did this error start happening? Which message app are you using? Are you able to receive picture messages from this contact? Is this happening to all contacts or just a few?

I am also having this same  problem with my s7 edge will receive but  not sent picture text

My husband and I having the same problem. It says not connected to the network? Pictures are stuck as 'sending' where we are able to send and receive text only messages.  I tried several contacts as a test, nothing went. We just got the S7 last Saturday. I have tried tech support (limited as I only had the phone in question to call from) as well as a Samsung rep at a local best buy - no success.

Also I tried sending MMS to different contacts.  I  tried on both Message+ and the default Samsung messaging app with same results. I don't get an error message but only a status of "sending".

I depend on my Messaging app to work at all times so I appreciate you bringing this up to our attention. Has there been any recent software update or a new application download before this issue begin? Does this happen when sending pictures to iPhone users or is it with Android users as well?

Oh no! This is troublesome to read that your picture messages aren’t sending. Let’s get this fixed as quickly as possible. Is your phone software up to date? To check, please go to Settings, System Updates & Check for new system updates. Is the message + app up to date in the Google Play store?
