S7 keeps asking for update, appears to update but on restart the same notice about updating appears.
it's probably timing out, use wi-fi instead of the network.
gratyork, I apologize for the issues you're having with the software upgrade. Are you using mobile data or a Wi-Fi connection to upgrade the software? Please keep in mind that in order to download the new software the battery level needs to be at 40% if your not charging your device or at 20% if you're charging your device. Do you get a message on the screen saying that the software was downloaded successfully?
