Tried Android File Share on Mac and it tells me to unlock my phone, which is already unlocked. Tried is on work PC and it doesn't recognize that there are 300 photos on the phone. Also, when I drag down the screen I don't have the options others have, I only show QuickConnect, which doesn't connect to anything. Suggestions?
