SD Card Failed due to EACCES (Permission Denied), after kitkat update, all apps that do word, excel can't write to SD Card

After KitKat update I tried to save a word document to my SD Card and this came up>

File not found (/storage/extsdcard/untitled.docx: open failed: EACCESS ( Permission denied )

I tried It on Pro OfficeSuite and Polaris Office 5

I am seeing on other boards outside of Verizon this problem has exploded

Google changed how access to microsd cards work. Been explained more than a handful of times. Apps can only use the SD within their own folders and not access other folders not owned by them.
