How much storage is on the phone out of the box? Is there a way to add more if I am not satisfied?
Does it come with a USB cable that can connect my phone and my computer so I can transfer files?

32 GB out of the box. No way to add to that (no external memory slot).
It does come with a USB cable to transfer data to/from computer.
