Is it possible for all incoming texts to be sent to email address as they are received on phone without child being aware of it?
I have not heard of apps in the market doing this or anything stock on the phone however you could check out

This apparently has software you can purchase to be able to monitor this type of information. Has really good reviews and says it works with Android phones
