Is it possible for all incoming texts to be sent to email address as they are received on phone without child being aware of it?

I have not heard of apps in the market doing this or anything stock on the phone however you could check out

This apparently has software you can purchase to be able to monitor this type of information. Has really good reviews and says it works with Android phones

Those applications are available on the Market. Not so sure about using it without the child finding about it. Search sms backup on the market. You may also want to look for one that can handle mms messages if you are so worried.
