I cannot login to www.ssa.gov. The login procedure requires authentication with a security code sent as a text to my iPhone number. The text message never arrives. I am able to receive text messages from banks that use texts to do the same thing. The SSA says this is a caused by a problem with the cell provider.
Can you provide a solution?
