My phone is stuck on Safe Mode and can not get it off of this. What do I need to do to get this fixed? I have powered it down and restarted the device and also have taken the battery out and it is still on safe mode. Need help please
Advice from a Google search:
To disable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button
2. Select Restart
3. Select OK
If Safe Mode continues to display on the Home Screen after restarting the device and a Factory Reset does not resolve the problem, it may be due to a faulty Home button which would be considered damaged hardware.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
