Is there any way to permanently delete videos? I've deleted some, but they are still showing in the video player as recovered in "Restore Video Links". How can I get rid of them for good? I'd like to transfer the phone to another person and don't want my old pictures/videos to them. Thanks for your help!

I can relate to your concerns as I frequently give my previous phones to my children and definitely don't want any media (videos, pictures, etc.) to stay with the phone. The best thing to do when you give/transfer a phone to someone else is to do a factory reset. Please click on the link below for instructions.
