I am no longer able to text to someone I've been texting with for the past 18 months. They also can not text me. We can both text other people without issue. This holds true if I use Verizon messaging app, Samsung Messaging app or SMS through google hangouts. We can call each other. This just started yesterday. I've already tried the following:
1) Rest the application cache
2) Reset the application data
3) Factory reset on the phone followed by a restore.
None of these items has had any effect.
Please help
We understand the importance of being able to stay connected with your texting stevewellmann. We will definitely do everything we can to help. What model phone is the person using that you are unable to text? What shows on your phone when you try to text this person?
