take it into verizon store get a new sim card, easy to swap out, most likely a faulty card i'd presume

SIM card errors can be quite puzzling so I'm glad to be here to put the pieces back together and fix this. Now, there are several different issues that may be causing this so let's figure things out. What error message are you presented with? Additionally, have you tried pulling/reinserting the SIM http://vz.to/znMW74 ? Please try that and let me know what result we end up with. Thank you!
