Since the 8/30/2021 update to Message+ I no longer get audible notifications in an OPEN conversation. I must be able to work hands free and not have to watch my phone all the time. I backed up the messages and deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.
Do not suggest a hard reset, that is ludicrous to expect all of your customers to reset their phones because you folks messed this up.
