Samsung Galaxy S6 Hot Spot issue

When I try to turn on my hot spot on my Galaxy S6 the phone says its broadcasting however no wireless device can see the network that is being broadcast.  Yes i do subscribe to the service, I have tried a reset, It is available to all devices.

Yes I have been able to use the hot spot in the past the issue began about

2 weeks ago or so.

Nothing new as far as apps. And I did a factory reset and still doesn't

work.
