Unable to download. Error code 411. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I have even tried it in safe mode and I am still getting the same "error 411" code as well. If anyone has another idea, please let us know.

Hello Mpowerbim,

Software updates should be simple and easy to install. Sorry to hear that this is not occurring. Lets try some additional steps to get this issue fixed. Soft Reset and power the device off/on before attempting an update. If still receiving the error, I would recommend backing up the device content and perform a Trusted Factory Data Reset without Auto-Restore through the device menu.  Keep me posted with the results.

I had the same error and of course no help from Verizon. I used the desktop updater and that worked. Hope that helps since Verizon doesn't want to.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by upgrading using the software upgrade assistant. It worked fine, and Marshmallow looks to be working fine on my phone. I still have no idea what the error code 411 is for, but rumor has it, that it means the over the air upgrade servers are down
