Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Problem (Horizontal Lines)

I had my Galaxy S7 Edge for about 4 or 5 months and had no problems until two days ago. I woke up and checked my phone and saw 4 horizontal gray lines that went across my phone. Whenever I change the brightness of my phone, the lines either gets bigger or smaller. I don't recall doing anything to my phone like dropping it or getting water on it as I'm extremely careful with this phone. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Thank you.

To everyone with this problem- I did a factory reset on my phone and after a day of doing the reset, the lines magically went away. (NOTE- if you do factory reset your phone REMEMBER to save your data on a SD card) [watch a YouTube video for more information] If the factory reset doesn't work, I would advise contacting Verizon or Samsung and report your problem. Your warranty on the phone will most likely cover this, but if you have a damage on the phone, it might not. I hope this is useful to you all.

We all depend on our phone screens to be crystal clear. JACKIECARRILLO47 let's make sure we resolve your issue asap. When did this first begin? Any recent changes to your phone, like a software update or new apps? Any physical or liquid damage?

If you factory reset it just recently, wait a day or two. If you already contacted Verizon and Samsung and it didn't work, then I don't know what else to say. The last resort is maybe downloading a pixel fixer app on the Google play store. If none of these work then I'm out of any ideas. Hope this works.

Well not exactly if you buy a SD card and save all your info onto your SD before you factory reset. If you don't want to risk it going wrong or something, I would advise just contacting verizon or samsung. Like I said before, your warranty will most likely cover it.

I know that factory resets are never an ideal situation, pamjerhea. We try to avoid them at all costs. What happened with your device that this was suggested?

Also, having this problem with my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge 32GB.  Green vertical line in my case that never goes away.  No damage ever to phone.  I may be getting wider but it is hard to tell.
