I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge on March 14th. I knew it was backordered until the 17th but till expected to get it by now. I logged in and it still says processing. The big problem is I cannot submit the promotion for the Samsung Gear 2 that is supposed to come with it by the 31st. This whole process has been too complicated and I am upset. Does anyone know what I can do?
