My phone won't allow me to use the Internet when on the phone? Solutions to fix the problem?
Do you have the Advanced Calling/HD Voice feature enabled on your line and on the phone? You need to have voice and data simultaneously because of the single radio in the phone.

I want to make sure you can use your phone while on the internet. Do you have your settings set for Advanced calling? If not, go in to your Settings, Advanced calling, and then select HD Voice and Video Calling to turn on. Keep me updated on your progress.
