Phone kepad not working after I enter the area code, I can not enter remaining 7 digit phone nos. The phone App closes and I get a message 'Forced Close'. I rebooted using vol. down + power buttons & repowered. Check settings. Nothing works. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
