I recently got the Galaxy s7 and have had nothing but trouble with connecting to Verizon's network. A trouble ticket has been sent to the engineers, but my line is the only one on the account that is unable to have calls, email, internet, (I have an expensive paperweight).
Any suggestions?

Yes, we replaced that yesterday. I have factory reset the phone and not installed my gmail or anything else and still have the same issues.

It is very strange. Have you tried booting your device into safe mode to see if the issue is present? Believe it or not 3rd party apps can and do cause challenges with all sorts of things. I'd suggest trying this becuase to have 2-3 replacements that are doing the same thing is very strange.

Yes, Tier 2 had me to do all this. I still have the same issue. So they escalated to the engineers.

Have you ensured that the network mode is set to LTE/CDMA and not Global? Have you tried reseating the SIM card? If neither of those work, then as mentioned earlier, you might try a new SIM card; they're free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service.

Yes, it is on LTE/CDMA network. The SIM has been in and out 8 times. As well as being replaced. Tier 2 is sending yet another phone to me

hcsped06 having a working phone is very important. Let's get to the bottom of this. Did you receive the replacement yet? Any better luck?

They are sending out what will by my 3rd replacement. The one I am currently using is, if possible, worse than the second replacement.

hcsped06 Dealing with multiple replacements can cause some concern. Were the phones replaced for the same reason?

UPDATE:
I switched the SIM card to my husband's LG V10 and have NO issues at all! 4G in every location that I had no service in previously.
I tried switching it back and went back to having no service. It obviously has to be the model of phone that can't access in my area.

Or the phone itself has a hardware problem where it has a bad SIM card tray or doesn't read the SIM card well.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
