Ever since Dec 6 when a software update was available for Samsung Galaxy 5, I have not been able to maintain a call. At first I thought it was service, however it doesn't matter where I go, home, work, driving, the person on other end cant hear me, or they tell me I'm muffled or the call is broken up and I've even tried disconnecting the Bluetooth to see if its a problem with that and I've come to the conclusion it is the phone. It is happening on both my husband's and mine. The phone's other features, texting, internet, etc are working great other than receiving or placing a call..Any suggestions?
