I purchased a Samsung GalaxyIII on 7/2/3. Texts worked fine, internet worked fine but reception is terrible. Either can't get a signal or when placing a call the recipient cannot hear you. Complained at Verizon store in Springfield, PA. They couldn't understand why, but replaced the Sim card. Got home and phone again would not work. Called '800' # and they sent a replacement. Received that on Thursday. Did whole download on Friday to transfer contacts. Once again texts and internet work fine. On Sunday tried to place call and the other end could not hear at all. Again on Monday (today) someone called and can hear them but they cannot hear me.
Is there anyone who can help??
My next trip to Verizon (tonight) is to cancel all of my Verizon accounts including FIOS!
