I recently bought a Note 3 and today was trying to change the Share Name ID but it states that it's not compatible with my device. Has anyone else experienced this? I was logged in as account manager as I only have 1 physical voice line on my account. The other is my tablet. Any comments, suggestions, or answers will be appreciated.
