Samsung Note 4 Verizon Update Assistant

Question

I am trying to install the software update repair assistant on my home computer running Windows 10.  I cannot get the auto-play feature to work on my computer. I have tried all the Verizon instructions. Is there anyway I can get the software from somewhere else?
