Why does my S21 5g not recognizing my sim card is inserted?? I cannot turn on mobile data it thinks there is no Sim card
Sim is either inserted incorrectly or it could be defective.
Unfortunately the sim card works perfectly fine in another device, is it possible that there us something internal that is the problem?
it's possible. You could take it to the VZW store and ask for another SIM to test with... or take it to UBreakIFix for diagnostics.
Another option is to submit an error report to Samsung Members app after attempting to reseat the SIM and get connections
