Samsung S22 with unpaid balance lock

Question

I bought a used Verizon Samsung Galaxy S22 5G for $250 and am unable to activate on Tracfone due to an unpaid balance that was never mentioned about.  I only learned of the lock until after I bought a new Verizon compatible SIM card and decided to check the IMEI and it came back as "Unpaid Balance" so I cant activate it on any Verizon network. Is there anything I can do now?

We want to help in any way possible with your Samsung Galaxy s22 5G. If the device was bought by a third party, please reach back out to them for assistance. If the device was bought directly from Verizon, those devices are locked for 60 days then unlock automatically.
