I just purchased an S6 yesterday and now am having issues with people receiving texts. I have tried rebooting, changing to the default app etc but I am still have issues.
Is this a new Verizon account? Or one that you've had awhile and just upgraded phones?
It is an upgrade. I had a Fascinate for years that never gave me any problems.
Did you change to the default app and then restart? Unfortunately there isn't much help that can be provided for 3rd party messaging apps.
Photososu messaging is incredibly important and we want you to fully enjoy your phone. Let's dive right in to get to the bottom of this. Are you able to receive text messages on the new phone? Is the old phone powered off? When sending a text is it every message that is being affected or only specific ones? With your help, we will get those messages working smoothly.
