I took the update, but now I can't send out or receive MMS texts. I only sometimes see an alert that says something about check my APN settings. Tried googling and going to mobile networks>access point names>verizon internet, but I can't add anything and I can't edit anything. Everything is greyed out. Lost. Can anyone help? thx

Software updates should enhance your phone and not interfere with your ability to use the features you need the most. We're here to help get your messages working properly again. What messaging app are you using on your phone? When you're getting the error message, are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? Any trouble accessing the internet via other apps or your browser?
