Samsung 7s phone less than 48 hours out of package...I went to take pics of roses after caregiving for my mom for a week....dropped phone in garden and cracked the back - in operable. Verizon will not cooperate - Samsung wants 200 dollars to replace - recently retired and living on SS still owe 600 dollars on phone which is 48 hours old....any one else have issues with Samsung defective phone screens or backs? Seems ridiculous to me since being a Verizon customer for over 20 years and having grandchildren who basically have put all my cell phones thru the destructive test without a failure.
Any comments? And of course I do not have insurance!!!!

Spend the 200 and get it fixed. Life's lesson learned, take better care of the phone, by putting on a quality phone case and a glass screen protector and the phone will have a better chance to survive small drops.
