I just started to change a few things on my phone and realized that the LED Light blinks whenever I get a phone call, don't do it for any other notifications only an incoming call. I took it to a Verizon store today and they were clueless and reset the phone and it was good for about an hour. As soon as I change the ringtone to anything other then the default ringtone everything blinks/strobes.
I have the LED switched off. How do I stop this annoying blinking?

OK Verizon is amazing! After two trips to the store and three calls to tech support they couldn't figure out my problem UNTIL.
Once I demanded a replacement phone a gentleman got on the phone and figured out my problem within minutes, he also had access to all my apps and settings! Amazing how it took me getting mad and demanding a new phone they figured out the problem.

Why didn't those at the store have this knowledge? Why didn't all those I spoke to at the call ctr. have this knowledge?
Oh well the guy was awesome and knew his stuff and hats off to him! Gave me other great tips about apps too!
