Hello - My Samsung S9+ consistently shuts down while charging. It usually continues to charge but I am unable to use it or receive notifications or calls because it is shut off. Sometimes it requires a complete reboot, other times I am able to start it back up and enter my password. Any suggestions or ideas on what the problem is or how to fix it?
