Samsung fascinate

I am new to the smart phone line, so can someone tell me how to save sounds and pictures that are received in text messages on the fascinate.And once there saved where to find them again.  I have searched the instuction manual, and the tips and tricks and have found nothing. Please help.

When viewing the MMS, there should be a sort of box that "contains" the media. Long press the box to bring up an options menu and choose save. Pictures should show up in your gallery and sound files (I think) show up in your music player. They can also be found in the download folder on your sd card when viewed on your computer or using a file management app from the market.
