I ordered the galaxy s7 edge during the free gear s2 or VR promotion period. The phone is in back order with shipping day on 3/31. However, the promotion form submission deadline is 3/31 midnight. Does this mean I won't get the free item? I know many people with the same issue on an Android forum.
Looks like they changed the 3/31 deadline to 4/15 midnight. Looks like we are safe.
But it also says this.
"No more than 300,000 Gear VRs, 35,000 Gear S2s, or 25,000 Netflix Codes are available in this Offer. While supplies last. Initial Gear VR, Gear S2 and Netflix Codes supplies are exhausted. Delivery of Gear VR, Gear S2, or Netflix Code may be delayed."
I'm guessing they only had so much supply on hand & they are on backorder.
