Samsung s10. Past month calls break up. I can hear but the other person can't. Extremely frustrating.

Known issues in 44256 area. Please fix network issues. Calls breaking up makes using my phone extremely frustrating. This started a few weeks ago. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years but am considering changing provider.

Piccolo53, we value your loyalty and we never want to see you go. Making sure all of your phone calls are crisp and clear is important. Allow us the opportunity to investigate. Can you please clarify if all of your phone calls are impacted? Does this happen primarily indoors or outdoors? Also, can you please let us know if you have a case and/or screen protector on your phone?
