My galaxy s21 breaks up when making phone calls in my home, only mine, same exact 5g phone in the house works fine, and a straight talk works fine.

My phone has been doing this since 6/29 when Samsung sent out an update. Verizon has taken no responsibility and I am told we must wait for Samsung to create and send another update. Meanwhile, we pay our bills and get no good service.

We recognize this has been an inconvenient concern, to say the least, MISSVIC59. With any device, we work closely with the manufacturer so that they can incorporate all the necessary components to make use of our signal. After joint research, we and Samsung determined the issue was within the devices that did the software update. A new update is the only way to fix this. Neither we nor Samsung want to release an update that does not work, so we appreciate your patience while the new update is created and tested.

I have been having the same issue for over 3 1/2 weeks now. Neither Verizon nor Samsung will take responsibility for this major issue! I received a "replacement" phone and that is doing the same thing! Still paying the bill on a phone that is nearly useless!

Nymhfan, I sincerely apologize you have gone through this experience for so long. Our technicians have identified an issue with the call quality for the S21. We are working with Samsung to resolve this as quickly as possible. As of now the next software update is set to correct the issue. We appreciate your patience with us during this process.
