Verizon has sent me 3 phones and not one can be used on my home wifi. My wife's s3 works on the home wifi as-well as three laptops ,old droid bionic and both our work phones what`s the deal ?

I know that using home wifi is important to your needs cnitty. I'm sorry you have received 3 phones that are not connecting properly with your home service. What particular error message do you receive when you try to connect your phone? Are you using any 3rd party apps to connect to your home wifi? Have you contacted your home service? Ensure all setting are enable properly? Steps below:
• From the home screen, select Apps (located in the lower-right).
• From the APPS tab, select Settings.
• From the WIRELESS & NETWORK section, select the Wi-Fi
If you continue to have issues, we can trouble shoot by speaking with you on an alternate phone. If your phone is still under warranty we can continue to replace the phone with a certified like new device of the same model.
