I just bought a galaxy s6 less than a week ago and am noticing that at certain times the touch screen is unresponsive if I close the app and go back in ig works but I just bought a otter box with tht thick plastic screen protector so is this causing that ? Thanks
Congratulations on your new phone Bben486. Let's make sure your brand new phone is working the way it's intended to. Do you notice the screen not working only with specific applications such as ig? The otter box might be the culprit. Do you have the same issue if the otter box is removed?
