Saving picture from text

Is there a way to save a picture that someone has texted to you and how?

Have you tried pressing on the picture to get a pop-up that will allow you to choose to save the picture?

yes....do what tikibar mentioned. on the siii you can long press (touch for 2-3 seconds) the picture in the text message, and options will pop up to save it. fyi.....long pressing on things often gives you more options or menus. whenever i cant figure something out, i try long pressing it just to see if i'll get a menu or options.

I have gotten into that habit of trying a long press just to see it there is another menu of options.

Sure! Picture memories are important. Long press on the upper right hand corner of the picture. It will then give option to save or download the picture. Hope this helps.
