I think it's wrong I've been charged by Verizon for insurance and I really need my phone fix ASAP but I can't afford $249 to the "Other" insurance company for them to fix my phone. I think it's a rip off! I need my phone but the $236mth payments then they want me to pay $249 to fix tiny crack which my phone now has a line in middle my screen and getting very hot I'm scared it's going catch on fire. I can't afford both. I am disabled and live off little money a mth. Verizon is killing me. I think they need to do something about our issues. And paying a Second hand party to fix our phones and we pay insurance so much a mth threw Verizon. 🤬

No carrier has their own insurance, they all use Asurion. Posting here isn't going to change the rates of another company. I get you're upset, but it's not really a Verizon issue.

I have the insurance and taking it to a shop to fix it via the Verizon insurance is only $29 for screen repair. If you start a claim, you will see the pricing.
