Does anyone else have issues with texts taking forever to send when in full service?

Hmm, this is definitely odd, let's look into this further! Do you experience this everywhere or just one specific location? Does this happen with all contacts or just some? Please share details to further assist you.

It's one location. I recently switched from my iPhone to the galaxy s5 and that's when the issue starting happening.
also it seems when I'm connected to wifi as I was with my iPhone my galaxy is using more data... how do I fix this?
