Several apps no longer after new software update.

I saw there was a new software update (kernel version and a couple others, although still 6.0.1 OS) so I let it install last night.Now several apps no longer work, such as 2 banking apps, an alarm app that monitors my home alarm system, Yahoo Weather, and others. Now I have a gorgeous S7 Edge phone that is 90% useless. Thoughts?

Kegler, I want to make sure that this gorgeous Galaxy S7 Edge is working the way it should. Since this update happened on the phone, have you been able to get into the Google Play Store to make sure that all the applications are up to date. Do you get any kind of error message when you try to access these applications? Please keep us posted.

you might have apps that don't work with the new phone.

if you uninstall/re-install the apps, do they say compatible with this specific device??
