settings/notifications....you may be getting notifications on items you don't want...select what you want!

It was a SYSTEMS update, coming from verizon, not an app update. Samsung s7. Verizon. I doubt they read this anyway.

Mine is super slow too. Especially after a boot up. Data seems sluggish too. It was after the recent august "monthly" pushed out by Verizon. It is most definitely a Verizon issue and it most definitely is bad.
