Since update, navigation bar is missing buttons.

Navigation bar is missing Home, Recent and Back buttons. It is the same on all apps. Only to way to get out of a screen is to restart the phone or hit the hard home button. All keys and apps on the phone work normally, just the nav bar is [removed]up. It was working fine until the last update on 3/23/18. Galaxy S8.
