Slow MMS sending of messages

Every once in a while i send a small picture text. Cam is only a 3MP and picture size is usually 1 MB. Never more.

Lots of times i'll send it wi-fi threw email because of the slow MMS issues.

But a times i'll send it as a MMS.....

My cell is a 3G fone.

It has now been ooooooo lets see.....10 minutes trying to send that 1 MB picture.

Data is on.....

I would think that even 3G data should be able to send a 1 MB file in less then a hour....

Geeeeee......When i was on Pageplus it went faster then this....

Maybe i should get a new cell n go back to them?

Same towers, but faster MMS sending....?....Why?

I had to stop it. Never would of sent.

I am a fan of sending pictures to people so I don't want you to have to wait days to send one. When you send it as a new MMS are these pictures that you have just taken or pictures that are stored on the phone?

Which phone are you using that is 3G? Are you able to change the resolution of new pictures & then try to send the picture?

These are pictures i take of things threw the day.

Could be a flower or most anything.

I could set the can to a lower setting, but it wont be a very good picture.

Best setting is only a 3MP....

Not like it has a great cam.

The cell is a LG Optimus zone 2 pay as u go.

The second time i tried to send the same picture it went in less then a minute.

That's what i find a bit weird.
