After answering an incoming call it takes 5 or 6 seconds before the conversation can begin. Why is this happening?
Mine does this also, but I think it is because I have the bluetooth enabled. Do you have it enabled too? I keep mine enabled all the time because I use it in my car and at home to connect to my home phone (which is awesome when my phone is downstairs and I am upstairs!)
I did have bluetooth on. I will turn it off and see what happens.

I get this sometime too, but I believe it may be a Verizon effect and not the fault of my phone. For some reason the handshake to establish a call is slow; maybe overloaded cell, busy server/system, hunting for a trunk line, faulty equipment, any number of system related delays/timeouts.
