my S5 has a snow screen after charging it and it wont go away, I had this problem months ago and your techs helped me by telling me to pull out the battery and leaving it out for a minute and placing it back in. I have tried that many times and it is still a snowy screen, what do I do now?
Hi vaheassarian - Let's bring back that beautiful screen! Had you recently installed any new applications or updates when this began? Try starting the device in Safe Mode to see if performance improves. Here is a link for the Samsung S5.
