I have my phone for 24 hours and I can't hear my callers. They can hear me . When I use speakerphone it is working. It looks like phone is still on the Bluetooth.Somebody help, this is my first android phone and maybe I just don't know something really simple.

Someone posted this AM about having the same issue with the same device. They are sending theirs back to see if a new one will fix it

To check to see if bluetooth is on, go to Settings. There it will show you if bluetooth is on or not
If you having problems getting bluetooth to turn off, long press the power button and power off your nexus. wait 30 seconds and turn it back on again
I did it-Bluetooth is off and still the same issue
other than BlTH on; for short time i had gnex dont recall any other feature which affect ability to hear, thats why i wanted gnex ability to talk-n txt simultaneous, plus others Feat.. Had 2 GNEX phones since Xmas with SAME "connectivity issues"- they hear me clearly, BUT I cant hear them b/c static/etc....?? what'd did you say...??? = phone problems to me; possibly one issue. For me as long in GOOD SIGNAL=3-4 blue bars, clear both ways; worked great then. Also phone signal reception was not as good as my wifes samsung stratosphere, when traveling together over holidays, she would pick up signal and surf I couldnt, and I didnt have signal PERIOD even with updated ics while she smiled next to me in car. Thus, Im a gnex-2-razr now for 2 wks, no problems in Southern IL, mild rollin hills, travel country roads and can talk without SCrcching;;srrcching;;;"HELLO, u there?".
