Just got a new Samsung Galaxy S7 and paired it to my 2013 Honda accord.  When playing music from the Samsung Music App thru my car via Bluetooth song information does not appear on the 7 inch display screen on the car.  Anyone else have this problem?

It's important to us that you are able to enjoy all of your music the way it was designed to be on your phone, RANDY5590 and we would be happy to investigate this further for you.

Just for clarification, does the phone have the most recent software update applied? Also, have you attempted to disconnect and reconnect to the vehicle? What appears on the display when music is playing? Please provide a few additional details and we will be ready to continue helping.

Thank you for the response concerning connection problems with Samsung Galaxy S7 and my 2013 Honda Accord.   I have the latest update on my phone On the screen on my Honda the information shows for album, "NO TITLE", for the name of the song "NO TITLE", for the name of the artist "NO NAME".  At one time the screen showed a title of a You Tube video that I watched at home when my phone was not connected to my car. this info helps.  Also I previously had a Samsung Galaxy S4 which worked perfect with my 2013 Honda,

Hello,

Since two updates ago, I have exactly the same issue with my 2013 Accord Coupe. I have the latest version of all software. This issue occurs on both 2013 Hondas I have. Before the update, it was working fine. I have tried clearing the cache. I have not been able to clear the Bluetooth data as I can not find any Bluetooth application to clear the data.

Again, this was working perfectly before an update that happened I believe this summer. I waited for two new updates to correct the issue but nothing improved.

Please help,

Thanx
